CHN Nutbean & Associates commenced practice in July 2000 in Ringwood, an Eastern suburb of Melbourne. All of the foundation staff had previously been employed by Cassidy Hunter Nutbean (CHN), a six partner firm of accountants employing approximately fifty staff.

CHN Nutbean & Associates is a specialised accounting practice, which provides superior accounting services in a professional, efficient manner. The firm is continually increasing it's involvement in client management accounting and advice and the facilitation of company capital raisings. Compliance accounting remains a core business activity of the firm. The vision of the practice is to maximise productivity through efficiencies, to increase the quality of work undertaken and to provide above average service and advice to clients.

The firm undertakes selective marketing and new clients engagements are restricted to those businesses that fit within the firm's client profile.
